Commonly known as Brazil Santos — Coffee from Santos, São Paulo, Brazil — offers a classic, approachable taste profile that has made Brazilian coffee a global staple.
At a medium roast, Brazil Santos reveals its hallmark smoothness and natural sweetness while maintaining balance and clarity. The cup opens with comforting notes of milk chocolate and roasted peanut, followed by subtle hints of caramel and toasted almond. A gentle touch of dried fruit—often reminiscent of raisin or fig—adds mild complexity without overwhelming the palate.
The acidity is low and soft, lending to a mellow, easy-drinking character. Its body is medium to full with a creamy texture, creating a round, satisfying mouthfeel. The finish is clean and slightly nutty, with lingering cocoa sweetness.
