Moroccan Mint

Moroccan mint tea, with its minty, sweet and earthly flavor, is a traditional (and highly popular) North African beverage made by steeping gunpowder green tea with fresh spearmint leaves and then (ince steeped) adding a good amount of sugar to the cup. Known for its refreshing, sweet, and aromatic taste, it is deeply ingrained in Moroccan culture as a symbol of hospitality, often served throughout the day.

Brewing Method:

• Steep 3 to 4 minutes
•  Temp of 175° F (79° C)  
• 2.5g tea / 12 oz water (add sugar to taste)
